I had a great experience - particularly for a purchase made while I was out-of-state and having never seen the property in-person when our offer was accepted. From several FaceTime video tours to recommendations for local contractors, I felt was well taken care of and had complete faith in my agent. Despite everyone's surprise with the low appraisal number that we received, the transaction was simple and straight-forward from my perspective. I know there was additional work to be done by the agents and attorneys behind the scenes to address a title issue that came up, but I was kept in the loop and it was a seamless transaction from my view. Both Katy and Mary were amazing to work with. They told us exactly what we needed to do to our home, so that it would be the most marketable. Their suggestions were completely reasonable and within our budget. Our house went on the market on a Friday, and by Sunday, we had multiple viable offers. We were able to choose the best offer, and we were completely pleased with the outcome. We had a negative experience with a previous realtor, and they were completely transparent and patient in answering our questions. I cannot speak highly enough of Mary Jeffrey. Mary helped me sell my prior home and purchase a new one. During the selling process, Mary's professional expertise and advice helped bring in several offers over asking price within a matter of hours. She knows what she is doing! From day one, I got the feeling that Mary genuinely cared about selling my home and I knew she was an agent I could trust. After my home went under contract, Mary was incredibly helpful in making recommendations and setting up all appointments to have repairs completed, etc. It was so nice to have her take that stress off of me during the process.
